Warranty
3-year warranty on all our products
Everything we sell comes with a 3-year warranty from the delivery date. If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match what you ordered, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What it covers
- Manufacturing and material defects: welds, structure, parts and mechanisms.
- Products that do not match the description on our website.
- Damage that occurred during transport. Let us know as soon as possible, with photos of the packaging and the product.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear and tear from use and fire.
- Surface rust on iron and wear of the black paint, which require maintenance. We explain how on our blog.
- Damage caused by knocks, misuse, modifications or lack of maintenance.
How to make a warranty claim
- Write to us at info@tiendadeherreros.com or on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Send us photos or a video of the problem.
- We will propose a solution: repair, sending a replacement part or replacing the product.
